Photo & Marketing Authorization — Draft

Service documentation
Pelayo Global Holdings LLC may take before-and-after photographs for estimate preparation, safety records, proof of completed work, warranty support, and communication with the customer. These operational uses do not automatically authorize public marketing.
Optional marketing authorization
Marketing use should be optional and separately approved. A customer may approve use on the PGH website, social media, printed advertising, portfolio materials, and proposals, subject to the limitations selected in the signed authorization.
Privacy protections
Unless specifically authorized, PGH should avoid publishing street numbers, personal documents, faces, children, license plates, security systems, access codes, or other sensitive identifying details.
