Estimates and authorization
Website prices are starting prices. A submitted form does not create a contract, reserve an appointment, guarantee a price, or authorize work. The customer must accept a written estimate or service agreement before work begins.
Scope limitations
Cleaning and bird-proofing services do not include electrical repairs, electrical testing, diagnostics, connector repair, module replacement, roof repair, or system modifications unless separately described, legally permitted, and included in a written agreement.
Access and safety
The customer must disclose known roof damage, leaks, fragile roofing, electrical hazards, animals, gates, alarms, access restrictions, and other relevant conditions. Pelayo Global Holdings LLC may reschedule, limit, or decline work when weather, roof, access, or site conditions create an unacceptable safety risk.
Satisfaction correction visit
A customer who believes an agreed cleaning area was missed must contact the company within 48 hours after completion. When appropriate, a correction visit may be scheduled without an additional labor charge. This remedy is subject to inspection, safe access, weather, scheduling availability, and the original agreed scope.
Bird-mesh workmanship warranty
The one-year warranty covers workmanship of the original bird-mesh installation. It does not cover defects in third-party materials beyond available manufacturer coverage, roof movement, animals, pests, misuse, unauthorized removal, service by others, severe weather, fire, vandalism, or other causes outside PGH workmanship.
Manufacturer independence
Pelayo Global Holdings LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Enphase, SolarEdge, SunPower, or any other manufacturer unless a specific written partnership is publicly announced.
